SHIPPING POLICY
I wrap all pieces with great care before shipping and use eco-friendly and recycled wrapping whenever possible.
Orders ship twice a week and shipping time is 3-5 days within Norway. Choose «local pickup» if you want to pick up your order in Nittedal (just outside Oslo).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with the piece in any way I gladly accept returns!
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
PAYMENT
Purchases can be made using VISA, MasterCard and Vipps. Payment process will normally take 1 - 3 working days.
COMPLAINT
In case of an item is damaged on arrival or does not reflect agreed standards, seller should be contacted as soon as possible and within 2 months after a defect has been discovered.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Complains should be first addressed with the seller directly. However, if parties don't come to an agreement, buyer can consult www.forbrukerradet.no.
